About Your Coach

I'm Barbara, a coach working with professionals and entrepreneurs navigating important decisions and transitions. Alongside my coaching practice, I work in People Development and bring 9+ years of international HR experience. Having worked with professionals, managers and leaders throughout their careers, I understand the complexity of the decisions they face.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to create the space, ask the right questions and help you think things through.
