This website is operated by a coach in training and is designed to support the development and documentation of coaching experience hours as part of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification process.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal information when you interact with this site or use Wix booking and contact features:

• First name and last name

• Email address

• Telephone number

We do not collect or store payment information on this site. Payments are processed externally (via TWINT, IBAN) and not through this website.
Additionally, client information (e.g. address) may be requested, collected and stored for administrative or invoicing purposes, in compliance with Swiss tax obligations.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries

• Schedule and conduct coaching sessions

• Contact you about coaching-related matters

• Prepare invoices or tax-relevant documentation

• Document and confirm completed coaching sessions (including your name, email address, date and duration of session) as part of the certification process toward the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which requires proof of coaching hours

• Provide access to your personal client dashboard (if you create a Wix account to manage bookings)

We only share the data necessary for certification documentation and never for marketing purposes or with unrelated third parties.

 

2a. User Accounts and Wix Login

Some users may choose to create a Wix account to manage bookings (e.g., view, cancel, or reschedule appointments). Login credentials and account security are handled by Wix.com in accordance with their privacy policy. B-Coaching does not have access to your Wix account password or personal dashboard.

 

3. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses cookies provided by Wix.com for essential functionality and analytics. A cookie consent banner is displayed to manage your preferences.
Your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is also respected where applicable.

 

4. Third-Party Services

We use services provided by Wix.com, our website host. Wix may process and store your data on secure servers in accordance with its own privacy and data protection policies. Wix is fully compliant with GDPR and other international data regulations.

5. Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Wix’s encrypted infrastructure. We do not process or store any sensitive financial information on this site. In addition, some information (such as invoices, contact details, etc.) may be securely stored outside of Wix, for administrative or tax purposes.

This website is operated by a coaching practitioner in training and is part of a personal and professional development journey toward ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification. Coaching services offered here are for development purposes and are not a substitute for therapy.

 

1. Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are professional in nature and not intended as therapy or counseling. They are part of a structured process to support personal development and are offered in line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) principles.

 

2. Booking & Cancellations & Payments 

Coaching sessions must be booked in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule, I appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice. 1st session is free for everyone. Sessions are FREE for coaching students and coaches. 

Some features (such as cancelling or rescheduling an appointment) may require clients to log in to a Wix account. If you prefer not to use a login, you may contact me directly to make changes to your booking. Coaching sessions are offered at a reduced rate in 2026. Payments can be made via TWINT or IBAN within Switzerland.

 

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Coaching is a collaborative process. While I aim to provide a supportive and goal-oriented environment, outcomes depend on individual engagement. No results are guaranteed.

 

4. Intellectual Property

The pictures and logo on this website are the property of b-coaching.ch and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

 

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Swiss law.
